The first contractor we hired was a total failure and had to fire him and look for another one. Thank goodness we found Eduardo and his team. They did a total house renovation for us and my husband and I are glad and thankful for their excellent work and service. Not to say that we didn't have frustrations because of delays or some work quality we didn't like but as soon as I brought them up to Eduardo's attention, it was rectified immediately. All of the work and materials scoped in the contract were followed. All of them were super nice from their office staff to the crew who worked at our house. Priscilla and Evelyn were so supportive and helped me with the design and selection of materials to come up with a modern farmhouse look in our entire home. Eduardo & his team did a really outstanding job on our kitchen. As you can see in the before pictures how tiny our kitchen was. We had to knockdown 3 sheer walls to open it up completely. Eduardo & his team made it look easy they are very reliable & punctual. Every time I was stuck between cosmetic options, I would look at Eduardo for help & he was so good at recommending what would look better from his experience. I love the fact that he does renderings so that you could see what your kitchen will look like. 10/10 recommend their work.

My master bathroom remodel went better than I could have imagined. The 30 year old large bathroom needed light boxes removed, a wall removed, shower enlarged and built in tub removed to place a free standing. Eduardo's estimate was clear of the stages they would take, draws needed at each stage and he allowed me to use my credit card to take advantage of points they offered me. The crew was the best I've seen and I've had most my home renovated. They made suggestions which helped me, shopped with me to pick out tile, etc. I couldn't love my bathroom more! Diverse Home Concepts just completed our bathrooms and we could not be more thrilled! I reached out to Eduardo a few months before we hoped to start our project. He answered his phone right away and scheduled a time for an estimate. He was kind and professional while he was here. We received an estimate in a couple of days. The estimate we received was incredibly fair. It was right around the same amount as a couple of other estimates we received but we chose Diverse Home Concepts because we were so impressed with Eduardo as a person and the pictures of his work. Our bathroom project took 5 weeks for two bathrooms. It was a complete redo. While it can be a lot to have workers in your house Eduardo's guys were fantastic. They were so respectful and as clean and quite as possible given the work. Each one did such a wonderful job in their craft. We are so so incredibly thrilled with the outcome and are so happy that we chose Eduardo and his team at Diverse Home Concepts. Up next is the kitchen!!

I found this company on Yelp. After getting a few different estimates we decided to go with Diverse Tile Works. We felt Eduardo was an honest person and his prices were very reasonable. We also liked the reviews on his page. We signed the contract and they started demo that Monday. This company is a family owned business. All his workers were very nice and respectful. We stayed living in our home throughout the whole process of the construction and they set everything up so its as convenient as possible to walk through and keeping things clean. We did a very big project and the whole thing took about a month. We never ran into any problems. They showed up on time everyday and worked hard throughout the day. My family felt very comfortable with them and we even took a mini vacation while the workers stayed at our home. Everything came out beautiful! Please check out my photos and give this company a chance. You wont be disappointed! They have a lot of experience in this type of work. The tile work is neat, clean and even. Eduardo and his team personify professionalism. The work done in our home was top notch, timely and completed without incident (additional charges or time to completed). We initially had the upstairs floor completed by his crew but had since asked Eduardo to come back several times more for additional projects. We recently finished our master bathroom remodel with Diverse Tile Works and I cannot be more thrilled! Our project was long (our fault), stressful (construction life), and worth every ounce of effort thanks to the impeccable work done by DTW. Eduardo and his FAMILY (not employees who are there solely for a paycheck) were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail can not be matched. In the face of bumps in the road, they were gratious and understanding. Their communication and dependability was flawless. Even when there were other jobs they were doing at the same time, your project is treated as number one. I wish I had more funds to have them complete all of my house "To Do" list and am crossing my fingers that by the time I do save up again, their waitlist isnt too far out. Our kitchen was renovated about ten years ago by the original owners and while functional and in good shape we really wanted to give it a fresh look by updating the countertops and backsplash. Diverse Tile Works helped us to accomplish that. After interviewing Eduardo and a trusted referral, we felt that Diverse TW would deliver the best result, so we scheduled a date to begin. Through the whole project Eduardo answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Project area and working space were protected and left clean after each day. As other reviews mentioned, Eduardo and his team are very respectful and trustworthy. When the project was completed, my husband and I were extremely impressed with the craftsmanship of their work and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. My last project of the house --- backsplash. I found Eddie on Yelp and he gave me a competitive quote. I did get a quote from other company which is 1k more than Eddie's. His crews are very professional. They all wore mask and shoe covers while inside the house. This project took a little over 1.5 days to complete. Eddie's store room has a lot of selection of tiles. He was able to get me 2 pieces of samples so I could make the final decision. Please call Eddie if you have any house project, they can do everything!!

We were very pleased with Diverse Tile Works. We hired them to remodel our kitchen and one bathroom. They did everything from drywall to tile flooring to backsplash and countertops and paint. What I like about them compared to other contractors we met is that they are a family owned company, so you do not have random subcontractors that you fear may not show up. Eduardo is the owner and licensed contractor, and he works with his dad and uncle to do most of the work. They are trustworthy, professional, hardworking and will work with your budget. I had them enter our home even when we weren't there and they were always respectful of our space and cleaned up everything too. They also worked pretty fast and finished all the work sooner than expected but still did good quality work. Even for any minor concerns we had, Eduardo will make sure it is addressed to your satisfaction and overall is very responsive to your needs. You can send some pictures of what you are looking for and Eduardo will bring you samples so you do not have to hunt down things on your own. We love our new kitchen and bathroom and can't wait to use them again soon for another project!

I hired General Contractor Eduardo Sanchez to do a bathroom renovation and to install new tile flooring. He exceeded my expectations in every way from the prep work to protect my furnishings, the quality of work, timely completion of job, work ethics, and professionalism.
